Accommodation
The organizers have reserved a large block of rooms, offering special rates to conference participants. We strongly recommend staying at Tanka Village during the conference for organizational purposes and convenience. Access to the Village may prove complicated and cumbersome for participants not staying there due to internal regulations.
Rooms:
The rooms at Tanka Village are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe; most of the rooms with furnished patio or terrace. They are divided into:
MONTE GARDEN & MONTE SUPERIOR

Bungalows located in the hilly and panoramic area of the resort, surrounded by greenery, have 2 beds and one sofa bed;
Monte Garden are located between 600 and 800 meters from the beach, Monte Superior between 400 and 600 meters. All rooms
are on the ground floor.
CASBAH STANDARD
30 m2
min. 1 - max 3 pax + 1 cot
Bungalows located in the central area of the resort and close to the main services, with 2 beds and one sofa bed, 300 to
600 meters away from the beach. The rooms on the ground floor have a patio, those on the first floor have a window.
Interconnecting rooms (min 4- max 4 pax) are available with supplement, on request. Rooms for people with reduced
mobility are available.

Run of House (ROH) room: the guest allows the hotel to choose the room type based on availability at check in among Monte Garden, Monte Superior and Casbah Standard. It is suggested to indicate in the reservation notes any special request (ground floor, close to main services, etc).
These HBB rates include Breakfast and Dinner and the following payment and cancellation conditions:
- 100% prepayment
- Price per night/person including VAT
- Preferential beach service rates
- Cancellation fees: 30% up to 60 days; 50% from 59 to 30 days; 90% from 29 days to no-show.
