CIMNE is offering a grant to cover the Registration Fees of up to 20 students presenting a paper at the Conference. The grant funds will be provided by the FEM Class of 42 Fund administrated by Eugenio Oñate, Manolis Papadrakakis and Sergio Idelsohn, who will be in charge of selecting the grantees.

The grant consists of a complimentary registration to the Conference.

Requirements

To apply for the grant, the student should have an abstract accepted for presentation.

After notification of acceptance of his/her abstract, the student has to:

• An official proof of his/her student status (e.g. a letter from an officer of the Graduate School)
• A photocopy of his/her passport
• A short CV (200 words max)

Upon assignment of the grant, the awarded students will be automatically registered to the conference. A notification of registration will be sent to them by the Secretariat.In case the grant is not awarded, the early bird fee will be maintained.
